I have always been waiting for a chance to be a part of a research school or a workshop. I have never been selected to one, due to my poor 'extra credits' and academic perfomances. Those were nothing i couldn't achieve,but never thought was big thing for me. Only later i understood that,instituions would only measure you on behalf of that.
And likewise,whenever i get a chance to participate in something,there will be enough stuffs for me to either cancel it or not attend it. What the luck!!!
I said those is to mention that,i just made my mind to cancel the mini school on gravitation at the Providence college,calicut. Reasons are better to kept at dark. However,look at the bright side. I have an Astronomers meet from Feb 8-10 at my oen insititution. Hope they don't keep any selection trials to participate.
