We must take immediate actions. Already we have seen private bus operator tried to mock the govt and society by calling for strike nearly a week. Their power is the need for them for the general and common public.
Protests are okay, when coming tot he matter of rights and need. But blackmailing isn't funny.

Apart from this view, the growth in number of buses and number of students using the ST must be taken into consideration and must study deeply how will this affect the labours in bus operation industry. It isn't good to impose the complete travel expense of a student (or the entire students) in bus operators just because they operate buses.

We have to think about the debt bus owners are suffering and compare them to the period backwards since it have started.

Along with this, useless blackmailing from the part of students or student organisations could only fire up the situation.

One personal doubt:  if students needs to be allowed for a concession, why don't govt take half of the responsibility?
