Emergent phenomena is literally an emerging phenomena. Which is in turn the phenomena which emerges at some particular state. May be from that particular state onwards or at that state.
There have been lots of examples for it. The gravity being the primary one as far as I am concerned,I hope Mr.Padmanabhan have done wa wonderful theory. Well as I lack knowledge about it,I am better concentrating on what I wanna say.
It's simple.
Intelligence is an emergent phenomenon comprised of neurons.
Life is an emergent phenomenon.
Emotions and feelings are the emergent properties of the program written for our working.
Artificial intelligence could only be completed through knowing emergent phenomenons.
