Is it much to ask for a Disaster Management ministry? Apart from the fire and rescue and MHRD? The state is not recruiting Professionals in Disaster management and calling for any posts for that. There is no single course teaching that in the state. Pity! Development isn't the infrastructure,it's the ability to see it sustains with life in it.
